Planned certified course:

9th December 2023 Saturday at the indoor swimming pool [b] in Dolina Charlotty RESORT&SPA - Strzelinko 14, 76-200 Słupsk - is planned training of qualified and certified instructors Indoor Aqua Cycling Hydrorider System level I

Hydrorider Aquabike Professional is a device designed for Fitness-Wellness classes, which is used in swimming pool. Aqua spinning is also used in rehabilitation and physiotherapy, but only in the presence of qualified personnel. The training will be conducted by Master Trainer Hydrorider Paweł Pomykała and Manuel Comisso(?).

Good physical preparation is required from participants. The training ends with an exam. The instructor receives a textbook and teaching aids in Polish, and will be entered into the Hydrorider System instructor database.

We will show you how to properly use Hydrorider stationary aqua bikes and prepare you for the work of an Indoor Aqua Cycling instructor.

Cost: 1500 PLN net price- the price includes the training fee, instructor's certificate, textbook in Polish, entry in the Hydrorider System database.

The Indoor Aqua Cycling Hydrorider System Instructor Certificate will be issued by the technical director of Hydrorider - Marco Gagliassi and Master Trainers Hydrorider: Paweł Pomykała and Manuel Comisso(?).
